Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Dunst’s request to order 25-year-old Christopher R. Smith to stay away from the actress, her personal assistant and any place they work.
Smith did not attend the hearing and never responded to a temporary restraining order Dunst received in November.
Dunst, who has appeared in three “Spider-Man” films, wrote last month she was “quite frightened” of Smith. He was arrested by Dunst’s assistant last month after trespassing at her house.
CLEVELAND – The death of R&B singer Sean Levert in Cleveland has led to a proposed new policy that provides more flexibility in giving inmates their anti-anxiety medication.
The member of the 1980s R&B trio LeVert and son of lead O’Jays singer Eddie Levert died March 30 after becoming ill at the Cuyahoga County jail in Cleveland.
The jail administrator and a jail doctor proposed the change to allow inmates to get their prescribed medication as soon as their prescriptions are verified.
LOS ANGELES – Prosecutors say Brad Garrett was provoked into pushing a paparazzo and charges won’t be pressed.
The Emmy-winning actor was shown pushing a man with a video camera and challenging him to a fight in a video posted last month on celebrity gossip site TMZ.com. The photographer claimed Garrett broke his camera, but continued to hold it up as if he was still shooting.
The confrontation occurred outside a restaurant in West Hollywood. The former “Everybody Loves Raymond” actor, who more recently starred in the Fox sitcom “‘Til Death,” was not arrested.
The report states the 48-year-old Garrett pushing the photographer amounted to minimal contact and “the interests of justice” do not support pursuing a misdemeanor battery charge.

i give her six months. she has always been a train wreck. but people ignored it cause she made fat $$$ and was a pedophiles dream.
sad that her family whored her out for a couple of months of fame. Hell she doesn’t even have any money left. she spends every dime that her family doesn’t steal.
